We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate negotiation analysis and drafts, personalize your experience, communicate with you about your account, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Content you submit is processed by AI models to produce analysis and suggested messages. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) beyond what is necessary for your negotiation.
Your data is stored securely and is associated with your account. Access is restricted to you (and administrators for support and abuse prevention). We use row-level security so other users cannot access your records.
Your negotiations and associated data are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual negotiations or your entire account at any time from Settings, which permanently purges your personal data and credentials.
We may share information with service providers who help operate the Service under appropriate obligations, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We use local storage to remember your theme preference and session. You can clear this from your browser or device settings at any time.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data through the Service. If you have concerns about your data, contact Base44 support.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
