Tact is an AI-powered personal negotiation assistant that analyzes documents and situations you provide and generates suggested strategies, leverage assessments, and draft messages. The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.
You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit. Strategy outputs and drafts are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any communication before sending it. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate assessments. Negotiation outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You should exercise independent judgment and consult a qualified professional for significant decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or automating access beyond permitted use.
Some features may require payment. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tact and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
